The service was amazing, with friendly staff who seemed proud of the Hyatt Brand. My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, while not the cleanest, provided a nice sitting area with a sectional and a large flat screen TV. However, the noise level was a bit bothersome, so I had to turn it off. On the positive side, there was a mini fridge available, and a nice area to put out snacks and such.
